Reviews
Far better than the Mitchell's Plain dark corner setup.
Staff not too helpful, long wait to be assisted
A very helpful staff, walk in and write your name down, the waiting room does not take long. They are professional ladies and gentlemen that will listen and give context to your legal situation and possibly represent you. Preference for representation is often given to pensioners or disabled persons. Worthwhile going if you want.
trying to get hold of Attorney for months now and no reply the phones are always off service very poor and not of any help
Thursday 22 June 2023 - I went to the offices for advice - I was so impressed by the service, politeness and interest shown to me. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful. If you can look pass the unfriendly receptionist, the legal advisers are very friendly, professional and listen with empathy. Great service! No need to make an appointment. The friendly lady I spoke to assured me that no appointment is needed. There will be a bit of a wait before you you are attended to. It is worth the wait. They comply with all the COVID rules. My experience was pleasant where I even got a second opinion from another legal advisor for the matter I presented. For a free service, this exceeded my expectations. Well done to the Legal Aid, Athlone Branch! Percy Martin
